Midea France is seeking a proactive Logistics Operations & 3PL Management Specialist to oversee daily logistics for our offline business in France. You will manage inbound container transportation, warehouse operations, outbound deliveries, and 3PL performance with a focus on service quality and cost control.

This role requires collaboration with customers, logistics providers, and our China Headquarters to optimize processes, reduce costs, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Professional certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (APICS, CILT or equivalent) is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Inbound Transportation & Delivery Management: manage inbound container shipments to local warehouses in France and coordinate deliveries from ports to customer distribution centers.
• Warehouse & 3PL Performance Management: oversee day-to-day operations of warehousing and transport providers; organize monthly/quarterly reviews; monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Logistics Cost Management: monitor and control logistics expenses; collect and analyze inbound transport and warehouse costs; prepare cost reports; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Cross-functional Coordination: communicate with customers, providers, warehouses, freight forwarders; work with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and China Headquarters to ensure smooth operations.
