Xiaomi Technology is seeking an Assistant Logistics Manager in the Île-de-France region to support the Logistics Manager in end-to-end local logistics operations, including warehousing, last-mile delivery, and white-glove installation services.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, planning, service-provider management and ongoing process improvements to ensure on-time, in-full delivery and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment in Paris suburbs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehousing, or last-mile delivery.
• Hands-on with large home appliance delivery and white-glove services preferred.
• Strong Excel/MS Office & basic planning skills.

Responsabilités

• Support Logistics Manager in local operations including planning and warehouse coordination.
• Coordinate with service providers to meet SLAs and delivery targets.
• Oversee white-glove delivery, installation, and after-sales service coordination.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and system updates across warehouses.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvements.
