ZURU Toys in Paris, France, is seeking a driven Key Account Manager to own and grow key accounts end-to-end, balancing revenue, profit and long-term partnerships.

You will lead commercial engagements, drive FOB transitions, manage listings, promotions and share of shelf, while collaborating with marketing, supply chain and merchandising. Fluent English and French required, 4–7 years in account management, with experience in direct-import/FOB.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in account management.
• Proven ownership of revenue-driving retail accounts.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and numerical skills.
• Experience of direct-import/FOB or comparable supply models.
• Strong data and analytics capability (Excel; Power BI or similar an advantage).
• Fluent English and French.
• Travel to customers and international trade fairs.

Responsabilités

• Full ownership of assigned key accounts, including revenue, crude profit, and execution.
• Build and deliver annual joint business plans (JBPs).
• Lead range reviews, negotiations, and seasonal planning cycles.
