Nebius, a leading AI cloud platform, is seeking an HR Operations Specialist for France. You will own the HR lifecycle for the Paris location, manage complex transactions, and maintain data integrity in HiBob with a strong focus on local compliance.

You will partner with HRBPs, Payroll, Legal, and Benefits to deliver a seamless employee experience, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to playbooks and process improvements across the global HR Ops function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Experience in HR Operations in France.
• Proficient with HiBob or equivalent HRIS, including data governance.
• Ability to manage HR Ops independently for a location.
• Solid knowledge of local employment law and compliance.
• Experience contributing to automation and process improvements.
• Full professional English fluency; native French for local comms.

Responsabilités

• Own the full employee lifecycle for the France location, including complex transactions.
• Act as local HR Ops point for issues and escalation.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding for location employees.
• Support onboarding of new HR Ops team members.
• Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, Immigration, and Legal to execute lifecycle tasks.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to playbooks and docs.
• Drive data quality and governance in HiBob and support automation initiatives.
