Job summary

ICL Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager France to lead all HR activities across its French operations, including the Scora production site in Caffiers and the Growing Solutions teams in Reims and Limas.

You will partner with senior leaders, drive people initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and shape employee experience across the lifecycle. The role blends strategic HR partnership with hands-on operation in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Extensive experience in highly unionized environments.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Caffiers, Reims, and Limas.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site and Business Leaders on all people-related topics.
• Advise on HR lifecycle activities: recruitment, onboarding, development, employee relations, and exits.
• Lead HR operations, payroll, and workforce administration for France.
• Drive performance management, talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Manage employee relations topics, including absenteeism and disciplinary matters.
• Lead organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Serve as primary HR contact for Trade Unions and Works Councils.
• Support collective negotiations with business leadership.
• Ensure compliance with French labor law, policies, and internal procedures.
• Contribute to annual training plans and leadership development initiatives.
• Coach and support managers on leadership, engagement, and people management.
