This remote position focuses on building a network of physicians and maintaining relationships to support Massive Bio's mission. Hematology / Oncology Account Manager

Massive Bio is a rapidly growing health-tech startup founded in 2015, dedicated to providing every cancer patient with access to clinical trials regardless of location or financial situation.

Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials addresses every friction point in traditional clinical trial enrollment.

Privately held and headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, our passionate team is looking for a Hematology / Oncology Account Manager to join us remotely from France.

As a key member of the business development team, the Hematology / Oncology Account Manager will focus on Massive Bio's clinical trial enrollment services and will visit Hematologist / Oncologist offices.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a Biotech / Pharma environment. Reporting to the Sr. Regional Manager, the Hematology / Oncology Account Manager will:

  1. Create a referral physician network of Hematologists / Oncologists for our clinical trial enrollment services.
  2. Make outbound calls to physicians' offices to raise awareness of Massive Bio's offerings and conduct in-person visits.
  3. Maintain CRM systems, follow up with physicians, and report results to internal teams.
  4. Gather and communicate feedback from physicians' offices to sales, marketing, product development, and delivery teams.
  5. Establish and nurture positive relationships with physicians and coordinate networking efforts.
  6. Analyze territory and market potential and prepare status reports.

Candidate Profile: BS / BA degree or equivalent experience, with 4+ years of sales experience in Hematology / Oncology, preferably with reputable pharma companies. An extensive network of Hematologists / Oncologists is required. Ability to travel to physicians' offices using public transport or personal vehicle (mileage or public transport costs reimbursed). Fluent in English and French. Familiarity with medical terminology and the healthcare system. Excellent communication skills. Candidates must be local to France and residing there.
