Mastercard in Paris seeks a Director, Digital Payments Product Lead to drive adoption of Mastercard Digital Solutions in France. You will shape strategy for Click to Pay, Tokenization, Wallets and related initiatives, coordinating with issuing banks and fintechs to accelerate market impact.

You will lead client engagements, define solution designs, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, revenue-generating deployments in a fast-evolving payments landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing senior client relationships (C-level).
• Strong commercial acumen with deal and partnerships experience.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Account Managers to identify customer needs and gaps.
• Lead product discovery, solution design and engagements with banks and fintechs.
• Support sales cycles from opportunity to deal closure and negotiations.
• Own Digital Solutions like Click to Pay, Tokenization, Wallets for France.
• Coordinate with European teams to prioritize market requests.
• Monitor payments trends, competition, and regulatory developments.
• Design scalable deployment models and adoption strategies with customers.
