Kelvion is seeking a dedicated sales professional to expand our data center business in France. You will develop and implement sales plans, manage direct accounts, and build lasting customer relationships across the French market.

You will lead CRM activities, forecast opportunities, analyze pricing strategies, and collaborate with engineering to tailor heat transfer solutions that meet customer needs while traveling within France (approx. 15%).

Qualifications

• Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, sales, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in technical sales of complex products, ideally in the data center environment.
• Experience in heat exchangers or thermal systems is a plus.
• Fluency in French and English; willingness to travel within France (~15%).

Responsabilités

• Develop & implement sales plans and KPI’s to maximize sales of heat transfer products in Data Center segment for France.
• Responsibilities for direct sales to target accounts in Data Center segment.
• Identify potential new accounts within the assigned customer base and develop strategies to penetrate these accounts.
• Provide leadership in CRM engagements, funnel management and forecasting.
• Identifies competitor strengths, weaknesses, strategies, and tactics.
• Monitors and recommends pricing strategies.
• Use available cost and thermal performance data to recommend a solution that best fits Kelvion’s capabilities and customer requirements.
• Negotiate T&C with accounts and mediate discussions to an equitable solution.
