iFLUX is seeking a Country Lead France to establish and grow our presence in the French market for groundwater protection and sustainable management. You will leverage deep hydrogeology expertise and a strong network to accelerate local traction and coordinate our partner model with HQ support.

Based in France or Wallonia, you will lead strategic accounts, manage consultants, and drive market visibility while collaborating closely with the Belgian HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field (Environmental Engineering, Hydrogeology, Geology, Civil Engineering).
• Minimum 8 years in the French environmental sector with focus on hydrogeology, contaminated land remediation or drinking water utilities.
• Experience selling to environmental consulting firms (bureau d'études) in France.

Responsabilités

• Own traction and pipeline with French and international environmental consultants; educate, enable, and manage as a key sales channel.
• Build and manage relationships with national and regional decision-makers at key accounts.
• Manage pilot projects and convert into long-term contracts.
• Coordinate sales partners to align targets and ownership and drive performance.
• Elevate brand through events, webinars, and consultant enablement.
