Royal Canin France is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial agenda for the French unit, reporting to the GM and collaborating with the European CFO. The role demands exceptional financial leadership, change management, and strategic partnering with senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will drive profitability, manage cost structures, and guide a 12-person S&F French team, enabling sustainable growth in a complex market while aligning with Mars’ global priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/MBA in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent English and mandatory French proficiency.
• 12+ years of experience as a Finance Leader.
• Strong relationship-building with senior executives and regional leaders.
• Experience leading organisational transformation and change management.

Responsabilités

• Lead the financial agenda and define the value-creation strategy for the France unit.
• Partner with the GM France and European CFO to deploy strategy and drive performance.
• Ensure robust financial health, governance, and cost efficiency across the BU.
• Develop and coach the S&F team (French team of 12) and foster a speak-up culture.
• Oversee IT and security scope for the campus and coordinate with HR and facilities.
