Trimble Inc. is seeking a Product Training Team Manager to lead the Elevate Learning group, shaping industrial technology education across construction assets.

You will guide a team of trainers and consultants, align training strategies with client needs, and drive platform innovations to deliver impactful learning experiences. Required are years of trainer experience, strong leadership and multilingual capabilities (French/English).

Qualifications

• Educational background or equivalent experience related to the construction, building, or engineering sectors.
• Several years of practical experience as a trainer.
• Technical proficiency navigating complex software ecosystems, enterprise systems, or learning management platforms.
• Strong communication, organizational, management and client relationship skills.
• Professional fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s license

Responsabilités

• Champion the implementation and cross‑platform connection of our advanced training management ecosystems.
• Lead, mentor, and empower a high‑performing team of trainers and consulting experts.
• Partner closely with key accounts and major project stakeholders to align educational strategies with their unique business needs.
• Collaborate with technical resource teams to keep training methodologies and product competencies cutting‑edge.
• Drive continuous quality improvement by monitoring training feedback and safeguarding vital QUALIOPI certification standards.
