Unknown Company in Neuville-sur-Oise seeks an Accounting Manager France to lead financial statements, VAT, and group consolidation across up to 140 entities. You will drive French GAAP compliance, coordinate audits, and align local processes with Group standards.

The role requires leadership experience, strong knowledge of French tax law, and proficiency with Dynamics 365 BC; fluent in French and English, with German a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5–8 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of French GAAP and tax law.
• Experience in multi-entity / SPV environments.
• First leadership experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central desirable.
• Fluent in French and English (German is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and supervise monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Manage VAT (TVA), corporate income tax and local tax compliance.
• Coordinate with expert-comptable and commissaire aux comptes.
• Ensure compliance with French commercial and corporate law.
• Monthly and quarterly reporting to the German parent company.
• Preparation of consolidation packages in accordance with Group standards (HGB / IFRS exposure beneficial).
• Reconciliation of intercompany balances and transactions.
• Timely and accurate submission of reporting data.
• Implementation of Group accounting policies within French entities.
• Financial oversight of up to 140 project entities.
• Standardization of accounting structures and recurring processes.
• Monitoring of dividend distributions and capital measures.
• Close cooperation with Treasury and Controlling at Group level.
• Disciplinary and functional leadership of up to 10 team members.
• Development of team structure and performance standards.
• Capacity planning and prioritization.
• Continuous improvement of processes and automation.
• Active participation in ERP development (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred).
• Harmonization of French processes with Group standards.
• Support of finance transformation and digitalization initiatives.
• Implementation of internal control systems (ICS)
