The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) is seeking a hands-on Manager, Packaging Platform, Scale & Innovation for Fragrance. You will drive platform projects from concept to launch, translate strategies into manufacturable packaging solutions, and collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Operations and suppliers to ensure quality, cost and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in fragrance packaging development, strong knowledge of packaging components and manufacturing processes, and

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science or closely related technical discipline.
• 5–8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in packaging development within Fragrance/Cosmetics/Luxury Personal Care.
• Hands-on experience managing packaging development projects from concept through launch.

Responsabilidades

• Lead assigned Fragrance packaging platform projects from concept through design, prototyping, validation and launch, ensuring alignment with platform strategies and standards.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, drawings, BOMs and tolerance analyses for packaging solutions.
• Support industrialization activities, including trials, technical issue resolution and component qualification.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet functional, aesthetic, cost and timing requirements.
