Job summary

SeaOwl Group seeks an experienced H3SE Service Holder for the Venus FPSO Package. The role oversees safety, environment, and ethics compliance across Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Construction, Commissioning, and Installation phases, reporting to the Package Manager and HSSE leads.

The candidate will define H3SE management systems, organize risk reviews (HAZID, HAZOP, SPOT), and coordinate training plans. Placement is Paris, Singapore, and Geoje with long-term, renewable tenure.

Responsibilities

• Promote H3SE in the project and provide H3SE advice to management.
• Define and review H3SE management systems (Philosophy, Plans, Procedures).
• Coordinate H3SE activities with FPSO package manager and HSSE team.
• Define, develop or approve the Safety Concept for the Package; supervise TRA study for FPSO.
• Define H3SE requirements to Contractors and conduct safety audits on sites.
• Collect and report H3SE statistics and ensure actions from audits are implemented.
