Altea Energy in Paris, France is seeking a Senior FPSO Lead HVAC Engineer to manage design, procurement follow-up and commissioning of HVAC systems for a major FPSO development.

You will ensure compliance with project specs, international standards and HSE requirements across all project phases, coordinating interfaces with multi-disciplinary teams and supporting FAT/SAT activities.

Qualifications

• Engineering Degree (Mechanical or HVAC Engineering).
• Minimum 15 years' experience in HVAC engineering.
• Minimum 10 years on FPSO or offshore production facilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead all HVAC engineering activities for the FPSO package.
• Review HVAC philosophies, calculations, layouts and technical documentation.
• Validate contractor engineering deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and Company specifications.
• Support technical reviews and design optimization.
• Monitor fabrication and installation activities.
• Support FAT, SAT and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate resolution of technical issues during construction.
• Ensure mechanical completion and handover readiness.

Role Overview

The FPSO Lead HVAC Engineer is responsible for the engineering, design review, procurement follow-up, construction support, testing, and commissioning of all Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems for a major FPSO development.

The role ensures HVAC systems comply with project specifications, international standards, HSE requirements, and operational performance objectives throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all HVAC engineering activities for the FPSO package.
• Review HVAC philosophies, calculations, layouts and technical documentation.
• Validate contractor engineering deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and Company specifications.
• Support technical reviews and design optimization.
