Job summary

IOTA Group is seeking an experienced H3SE Package Manager to lead H3SE activities across large-scale FPSO projects. You will coordinate with HSSE teams and Contractors, develop training plans, and oversee risk reviews to ensure compliance with H3SE requirements.

The role requires engineering expertise and 10–20 years of managerial H3SE experience, with English as a mandatory language. Assignment spans Paris for 1 year, then Singapore and Geoje (South Korea), with renewable potential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track changes related to H3SE regulations and inform Package Manager of impact on H3SE management system.
• Monitor and record H3SE activities, assist with reports and presentations.
• Define H3SE training plan for EPSCC phases and ensure implementation.
• Organize H3SE risk reviews (HAZID/HAZOP/SPOT) and update risk registers.
• Define, develop and supervise H3SE concepts for the Package with HSSE teams.
• Supervise TRA study for FPSO and liaise on H3SE matters with Contractors.
• Audit Contractors' H3SE management systems and ensure compliance.
• Collect, analyze H3SE data, investigate incidents and report to management.
• Ensure readiness of permitting/licensing documents and follow up with authorities.
