Job summary

Kraft Heinz Company in Paris is seeking an FP&A Manager responsible for full P&L and monthly FP&A agenda, linking Marketing, Sales Planning and Finance, with one direct report.

The role requires a Master's degree, 5+ years FP&A experience, strong P&L skills, advanced Excel and modeling, and fluency in English (French a plus).

This is a full-time, on-site position in Paris offering a dynamic environment in a leading food company.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A or business partnering experience.
• Strong P&L understanding and linkage to business drivers.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; data analytics.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A across all categories with full P&L responsibility.
• Influence revenue and cost drivers across the business.
• Execute the monthly actualization process with variance analysis.
• Support the Demand Review process with marketers on forecast inputs.
• Assist in building the AOP and Strategic Plans.
• Provide insights and recommendations to hit financial targets.
• Prepare modeling and management summaries for reviews.
