Job summary

papernest is seeking an intern to join the team in January 2027 for a 6-month mission. You will contribute to the consolidation of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department, support monthly and ad hoc reporting for senior management, and automate reports for executives.

You will also analyze management accounting, maintain internal processes, and assist in budget monitoring and reforecasting with all departments, including meetings with C-level executives.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or attending a business school.
• Rigorous and detail-oriented.
• Autonomous and well-organized.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the consolidation of the FP&A department.
• Support monthly and ad hoc reporting for senior management.
• Automate reports and materials for papernest’s executives.
• Analyze and improve management accounting.
• Maintain and ensure proper implementation of internal processes.
• Monitor and reforecast the budget with all departments, including FP&A Manager’s monthly meetings with C-level executives.
