Qualifications

• 4-5 ans d'expérience en FP&A ou analyse de données dans une grande entreprise ou un cabinet Big 4.
• Compétences analytiques solides et expérience prouvée dans l'analyse financière.
• Bilingue en français et anglais.

Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of five teams: HR, Talent acquisition, Legal, M&A and Finance (20 people) working together to drive Voodoo’s success.

We are looking for an FP&A & Data Analyst with a solid financial, modelling and data analysis background to help the company evaluate and understand its projected financial performance in a fast-growing business. You will be part of a high-performing team of 7 people under the supervision of an experienced FP&A & Data Manager and will have the opportunity to grow your skills.

Role

Monthly Forecasting

• Collect, select and analyze financial and operational data

• Develop and Maintain internal data models based on highly granular data to prepare monthly forecasts of the Gross Margin

• Collaborate closely with finance and business stakeholders to collect, model, and interpret financial and operational data, ensuring accuracy and relevance in all planning activities

• Identify and implement process improvements to automate data analysis where possible

• Communicate outputs of data-driven analysis in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to stakeholders at all levels

Budgeting and Business Plan

• Contribute to the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to gather inputs, challenge assumptions, and consolidate budgets.

• Work on the Business Plan process when needed for specific purposes (Refinancing, Fund Raising,...)

• Participate in corporate projects (Fund raising, Integration of acquired companies …)

Profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or related field, 4-5 years of experience in FP&A or data analysis (large company or Big 4 background preferred).

• Strong analytical skills and proven experience in financial analysis and modeling (expert in Excel; Power BI/Power Query a plus).

• Fluent in French and English.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively.

• Accountable, adaptable, and clear communicator.
