LumApps, a leader in AI-powered Employee Hub solutions, seeks an FP&A professional to own topline metrics and revenue forecasting in Lyon. You will work with Revenue Operations, Sales, and executive teams to model ARR, MRR, and cash collection, shaping budgeting and long-range plans.

The role requires 2–4 years in FP&A or SaaS, strong Excel modeling, and fluency in English and French. Hybrid work, great benefits, and exposure to PE-backed growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering from a top school.
• 2–4 years of FP&A, deal advisory, or SaaS/Tech experience (PE-backed a plus).
• Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics, IFRS 15 revenue recognition, and LBO fundamentals.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly/quarterly tracking of core ARR dynamics (New Business, Expansion, Contraction, Churn).
• Build and maintain ARR bridges, cohort analyses, NRR/GRR reports.
• Monitor Sales Efficiency, CAC payback and unit economics.
• Forecasting, budgeting and strategic modeling for long-range plans.
• Partner with Revenue Operations/Sales Ops to align forecasts with billing schedules.
• Prepare board-ready monthly/quarterly topline dashboards for executives.
• Deliver variance analyses to identify growth drivers and risks.

Team

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will join a high-performing finance team in Lyon. As part of our structured FP&A team, you will focus on LumApps’ revenue dynamics, supporting and progressively taking ownership of tracking, modeling, and forecasting all aspects of our Topline metrics and SaaS KPIs (cARR, ARR, Net New ARR, Expansion, Churn, NRR, GRR, Sales Efficiency, and Unit Economics).

Working in close collaboration with the broader FP&A team, Sales Operations, and executive leadership, this role offers high visibility and provides key strategic insights to support executive decision-making, PE sponsor reporting, and strategic business initiatives.

Missions

• Topline & SaaS Metrics Management
• SaaS KPIs Tracking & Analysis: Lead the monthly and quarterly tracking of core ARR dynamics (New Business, Expansion, Contraction, Churn)
• ARR Bridge & Cohort Analysis: Build and maintain detailed ARR bridges, cohort analyses, Net Retention Rate (NRR), and Gross Retention Rate (GRR) reports.
• Sales Efficiency & Unit Economics: Monitor forward-looking operational indicators, pipeline conversion rates, Sales Velocity, CAC Payback, and Rule of X.
• Forecasting, Budgeting & Strategic Modeling
• Topline Financial Modeling: Build, refine, and update robust revenue, ARR, and Cash Collection forecast models for Budgeting, quarterly Reforecasts, and Long-Range LBO Business Plans.
• Business Partnering & Pipeline Alignment: Work closely with Revenue Operations / Sales Ops to align sales pipelines, bookings forecasts, and billing schedules with financial models.
• Management, Board & Investor Reporting
• Board & Executive Dashboards: Prepare clear, insightful monthly/quarterly topline reporting packages for the CFO, VP Finance, CEO, Board of Directors, and Private Equity sponsors.
• Performance Insights: Deliver actionable variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget / Forecast) to highlight growth drivers, business risks, and performance improvement opportunities.
• Systems, Processes & Continuous Improvement
• Data Integrity: Partner with Finance Ops and BI team to ensure data consistency across CRM (Salesforce), ERP, and FP&A tools.
• Process Automation: Streamline recurring topline reporting workflows, improving reporting speed and metric granularity across regions, segments, and product lines.

Skills

Experience & Background

• Education: Master’s Degree in Finance, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering from a Top Business/Engineering School or University.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in: Transaction Services / Deals / Financial Advisory at a Big 4 or top-tier financial advisory firm, or FP&A / Business Control in a fast-growing SaaS / Tech company (ideally PE-backed / under LBO).

Technical & Soft Skills

• SaaS Expertise: Strong mastery of SaaS metrics, ARR mechanics, revenue recognition principles (IFRS 15), and unit economics.
• Advanced Financial Modeling: Advanced Excel skills (dynamic financial modeling, scenario planning, large dataset manipulation).
• Tools & Systems: Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), ERP systems, aPower BI is a strong plus
• Analytical Mindset: Highly analytical, rigorous, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving capabilities and business acumen.
• Languages: Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken) in a multicultural environment.
