Loft Orbital is seeking an FP&A Analyst in Toulouse to monitor and forecast program performance and operating expenses. You’ll partner with Program Managers, HR and Accounting, providing financial insights across a fast-paced, international environment.

Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, France, you will lead EAC updates, build program P&Ls, reallocate costs, and support annual planning. Fluency in French and English, advanced Excel and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in FP&A, management control, financial audit, or related work.
• Solid program/project controlling knowledge, including EAC, revenue recognition over time, and R&O management.
• Strong accounting fundamentals: P&L, accruals, and cut-off.
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken; English is Loft’s working language.
• Advanced Excel: financial modeling, complex formulas, and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and ability to present financials clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Proactive, autonomous, collaborative, and able to deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced scale-up.

Responsabilités

• Monitor the financial performance of multiple programs including P&Ls, costs, supplier costs and cash flows.
• Support monthly and annual closings, ensure correct COGS allocation and reclassifications.
• Ensure reliable revenue, COGS and cash forecasts; minimize EAC variances.
• Lead EAC update campaigns and maintain documentation of assumptions.
• Maintain consistent EAC baselines across monthly reporting, forecasts and AOP.
• Identify and explain variances against budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain Risks & Opportunities scenarios and quantify potential impact.
• Lead financial program reviews with Program Managers and incorporate outcomes into forecasts.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and decision support, including margin analysis.
• Contribute to FY+1 budget for programs.
• Set up financial P&Ls for new programs and review cost estimates and cash profiles for opportunities.
• Work with Accounting to select revenue recognition models and build baseline budgets.
