Job summary

Graitec is seeking an analytical FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in France. The role blends financial business partnering for Corporate Functions with ownership of reporting and planning solutions, ideal for someone who enjoys both finance and systems.

You will be one of two key Finance users responsible for the Pigment platform, shaping reporting capabilities and supporting performance management across Corporate Functions.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Finance Transformation, or a similar analytical finance role.
• Strong financial analysis and business partnering skills.
• Genuine interest in reporting tools, data analytics, and finance systems.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with planning/reporting solutions such as Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Board, OneStream, or similar EPM tools.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly closing, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate forecast and budget processes for Corporate Functions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to provide financial insights and challenge assumptions.
• Lead ad hoc financial analyses on strategic topics, including revenue performance, profitability, investment cases, and M&A-related initiatives.
• Act as one of the main owners of the Pigment planning and reporting platform.
• Maintain and enhance existing models, reports, dashboards, and planning processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and system improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and data quality initiatives.
• Support user adoption and best practices across the organization.
