Job summary

Voodoo in Paris is seeking a Senior Finance Data Analyst – Pigment Lead, AI & BI to own Pigment platform, drive data, automation and AI initiatives across FP&A and Accounting.

You'll lead Pigment rollout, optimize configuration, build a budgeting workflow, governance, and dashboards with Looker/Tableau/Power BI while collaborating with FP&A, Accounting, and IT stakeholders. Fluent French and English required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Finance Data, FP&A, or Finance Systems.
• Hands-on Pigment rollout or run, or a similar EPM tool.
• SQL or Python and BI tools experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Mentoring experience is a plus.
• Able to collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and Data/IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Pigment rollout and internal ownership, reducing external dependency.
• Optimize platform configuration and develop integration roadmap.
• Design budgeting workflow, calendar, and governance with FP&A Head.
• Evolve Pigment use cases tied to the accounting close process.
• Establish data governance, change controls, and single source of truth.
• Lead data/automation projects including self-service analytics.
• Deploy AI agents to improve Finance operational efficiency.
• Contribute to building finance dashboards (Looker/Tableau/Power BI).
