Parallel is building AI agents to automate hospital admin workflows, starting with medical coding. You will be the founding SRE/DevOps engineer, owning cloud to on-prem deployments inside hospital networks, across AWS, GCP and Azure, with a strong focus on security and health data compliance.

As the first infra hire, you’ll implement Terraform/Ansible, drive CI/CD with GitHub Actions, and shape the reliability culture from day one, based in Paris with on-site work.

Formación

• Proven production ownership of infra topics over long term.
• Senior, autonomous, hands-on, and comfortable solo work in a fast-paced startup.
• Strong production experience across at least 3 of Kubernetes, MLOps, Ansible, on-prem+cloud with multi-cloud exposure.
• Mastered Terraform in production; Terragrunt, Packer, Ansible are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run infrastructure across multi-cloud and on-premise environments.
• Ensure health-data compliance (HDS) and data protection.
• Deploy and manage on-premise & hybrid deployments inside hospital networks.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and observable systems.
