The focus of the role
- Establish a strong product culture: champion curiosity, speed, experimentation, and continuous learning—embedding product thinking across the organization.
- Design seamless and intuitive user experiences: wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes.
- Ideate and iterate on new features/products aligned with user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with the tech team to turn insights and mockups into concrete, prioritized solutions.
- Measure design impact through product KPIs and use a data-driven approach to adjust.
- Organize and facilitate Product Discovery: co-creation workshops, user testing, rapid iteration cycles.
- Ensure visual and functional consistency across the product (design system, guidelines, cross-platform experience).
- Act as a product and design culture ambassador, sharing best practices and promoting a user-centered approach.
The products you’ll be working on
- Creating a world-class checkout experience: improve a fast, simple, and reliable checkout flow to reduce friction and optimize conversion and shopper satisfaction.
- Evolving the merchant dashboard: make the dashboard more intuitive, insightful, and actionable for onboarding, configuration, and performance monitoring.
- Scaling technical integrations: strengthen and expand integration infrastructure to support a growing merchant base, addressing scalability and ease of implementation.
You and your approach to the role
- Strategic thinking: set a clear direction and align the roadmap with business goals and market opportunities.
- Empathy: understand merchant and consumer needs and lead with emotional intelligence across teams.
- Strong communication: synthesize complex ideas and rally stakeholders around a shared vision.

- Adaptability: navigate ambiguity and fast-paced change while staying focused.
- Curiosity & growth mindset: continuously learn, explore ideas, and iterate.
Preferred experience
- Founding Product Manager experience, owning product management and product design execution.
- Experience in startup and tech environments with a hands-on approach and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Experience in scaling a product or company from early traction to broader adoption.
- Strong background in technical products (APIs, data flows, integrations, or similar backend-facing work).
- Bonus: Familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem, including merchant tools, checkout systems, or payment infrastructure.
