Raison is seeking a senior product designer to shape AI-driven.enterprise experiences across Teams and Slack integrations. You will own discovery, design complex multi‑user workflows, and craft a unified system for enterprise and higher education deployments.

You’ll collaborate with AI engineers, build a robust design system, and help scale a founding team in Paris. Fluency in French and English is required, with equity as part of the opportunity.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in product design, UX design, or hybrid design‑research on complex B2B products.
• Strong portfolio showing craft and thinking; ability to turn field data into direction.
• Experience designing inside environments you don't control (messaging clients, extensions, embedded products).
• Comfort with AI‑driven, adaptive interfaces and non‑linear workflows.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Own field research from contextual inquiry to customer interviews and observation.
• Synthesize data into jobs‑to‑be‑done and adoption blockers to guide product decisions.
• Design surfaces and the client/internal dashboards, considering Slack/Teams environments.
• Define design system components, tokens, patterns and copy across products.
• Collaborate with AI product engineers to ship learnings as features.
