What you'll craft

You’ll take ownership of the product design of Piston, ensuring the quality of the craft delivered to the end-user.

• Create low-fidelity visuals to reduce risk and facilitate discussions on concrete artifacts before committing resources.
• Create mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to communicate projects and support implementation by the tech team.
• Lead projects from start to finish, in collaboration with a tech lead, without a product manager intermediary.
• Design with an AI-native mindset, focusing on human-machine interactions to make AI seamless and ambient within the user experience.
• Lay the groundwork for welcoming new product designers.
• Maintain and enhance our lightweight design system.
