Job summary

TechTree is recruiting a Founding Machine Learning Engineer to own the end-to-end video data pipeline for frontier robotics models. The role is fully remote worldwide, with a Paris office opening soon.

You'll work on turning vast multi-camera video into validated training episodes, benchmark and deploy vision-language models, and build QC/QA pipelines for data quality. Equity is offered along with a base salary, and direct interaction with founders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of applied ML in computer vision or robotics.
• Production experience running vision-language models and CV/robotics deployments.
• Deep knowledge of the video stack: codecs, multi-view geometry, calibration, temporal alignment.

Responsibilities

• Turn petabytes of multi-camera video into validated training episodes.
• Benchmark, fine-tune and distill vision-language models.
• Build QC/QA pipelines to trim and quarantine data.
• Own annotation pipelines for demanding customer taxonomies.
• Ship into live production for top AI companies.
