Our story - How it started
The role
As our Founding lead marketer, you’ll architect the strategy and lead the charge as Lucis expands preventive health across Europe. This is a high-impact, highly strategic role for a seasoned operator, someone who thrives at the intersection of growth, brand, and health, and wants to play a pivotal part in scaling a category leader.
On the day-to-day, you’ll:
- Define and own the GTM roadmap—from channel selection and positioning, to sequencing launches and driving both D2C and B2B growth.
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across organic, paid, content, expert/influencer, and corporate wellness channels.
- Partner closely with our medical and product teams to ensure clinical rigor and regulatory alignment, translating science and best practice into compelling, actionable user journeys.
- Drive user acquisition, activation, and retention across multiple European markets (France, UK, Portugal), customizing approaches for each local context.
- Scale our expert and influencer programs, unlocking community-driven growth and trusted word-of-mouth.
- Lead strategic partnerships: identify, pitch, and close B2B deals with top employers, health networks, and labs.
- Own key growth metrics—setting targets, building dashboards, and running regular reviews with the founding team.
- Shape Lucis’ narrative in the health space—positioning us as the leader in AI-driven, preventive health.
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Bring 5/7+ years in senior GTM, growth, or marketing roles, ideally at the intersection of health, D2C, and technology.
- Have a proven track record of launching and scaling consumer health or wellness products, with hands-on ownership of growth levers.
- Understand how to build trust in health—balancing bold storytelling with scientific credibility and compliance.
- Are a true collaborator, able to partner deeply with clinicians, product, and data teams to turn medical insight into user value.
- Think strategically but move fast—comfortable balancing immediate growth with long-term vision.
- Are analytical, data-driven, and relentless in your pursuit of product-market fit and operational excellence.
- Are passionate about health, prevention, and making a real impact on people’s lives.
- Are fluent in English and French.
