Stakha in Paris is hiring a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to join an early-stage AI startup. You will shape the technical foundations and own features end-to-end across frontend and backend, collaborating with the CTO and CEO to turn complex data into real-time decision support for industrial teams.

We’re looking for roughly 5 years of hands-on software experience, solid fundamentals, and a product-minded mindset that thrives in uncertainty.

Stakha is recruiting a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to join an early-stage AI startup based in Paris.

They’re building an AI decision platform for factories, turning complex operational knowledge and multimodal data into real-time decision support for industrial teams.

The company is entering a strong commercial phase, with major industrial groups signing and deploying the product, several active POCs, and existing customers already generating recurring revenue.

Client demand is now growing faster than the team’s delivery capacity – making this a key engineering hire.

Project: AI decision platform for industrial operations

• around 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Solid software engineering fundamentals and clean architecture mindset
• Proven ability in from-scratch projects / early-stage contexts: ability to own features from concept to production
• Product-minded, autonomous, and comfortable with uncertainty or in an early-stage environment

Bonus:

• Applied AI experience is a plus – deep ML expertise is not required
• Master's degree from an engineering school is much appreciated
• Build production-grade features end-to-end across backend and frontend
• Design scalable data models for PDFs, images, videos and other complex inputs
• Structure data to power AI agents and graph-based systems
• Integrate existing AI models and APIs into real product workflows
• Help shape the architecture and engineering foundations as the product scales
