Thinkproject is seeking a Director to launch and lead a new AI-driven digitisation practice for enterprise construction clients. You will define the operating model, partner with two AI Architects, and own relationships that generate repeat engagements.

You will oversee end-to-end engagements, from problem framing to solution delivery and value realization, in a lean, high-autonomy environment. You will work with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent in practical AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Proven consulting background with experience building or co-building a practice, business unit, or service line from scratch.
• Track record of trusted, long-term client relationships at senior level.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, unstructured environments and drive outcomes.

• Define and stand up Thinkproject's AI-driven digitisation practice, including operating model, methodology, and delivery standards.
• Build and own client relationships with enterprise construction clients at C-suite level.
