EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join a new department, offering maximum ownership to architect systems from 0 to 1 and to drive ambitious initiatives in cutting-edge DeepTech.

You will translate high-level vision into concrete roadmaps, deliver from prototype to production, and collaborate with a world-class team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders to position the unit for rapid growth and potential spin-off.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocate/remote arrangements.
• High-agency builder mindset with end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in DeepTech.
• Translate strategy into execution roadmaps, moving from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive milestones for growth and potential spin-off.
