EWOR GmbH is launching cutting-edge initiatives and seeks exceptional operators and builders to join our new department. You will take extreme ownership to architect systems from 0 to 1, translating strategy into rapid production-ready solutions.

You will work with an elite team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders, reporting directly to the department founder. Remote-friendly, with equity upside and a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
• High-agency builder mindset with end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, driving rapid implementation from prototype to production.

Requirements

• You are based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
• You have a high-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
