Marble is seeking a CTO and Co-Founder for a founding venture in Europe, ideally France or Switzerland. The role focuses on building an intelligent platform for process plants using physics-based models, live sensor data, and ML pipelines.

You will own technical direction, architecture, and eventual team building, with strong leadership and entrepreneurial drive. You will join the Founder in Residence and CEO, in a role that blends technology and business creation, with access to residency funds

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate deep ML expertise across at least two physics-informed models, time-series, reinforcement learning, or agentic systems.
• Ability to curate sensor data, build plant-graph contextualisation, and integrate semi-structured records.
• AI-native mindset with readiness to drive automated AI workflows and scaling.
