iBanFirst is seeking a Founding CEO for a new venture at the intersection of AI, finance and business transformation. The role is highly entrepreneurial, working directly with the Founder & CEO to shape strategy, test the market and deliver early consulting engagements.

You will lead commercial and delivery efforts, build relationships, define the operating model and recruit a team as the venture scales. English fluency is required; French experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Founder mindset; able to build from scratch with limited resources.
• Willing to sell, structure, deliver, analyze and iterate.
• Fluency in English required; French a plus.
• Experience in fintech or professional services valuable but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead market testing, define proposition and initial engagements.
• Sell first consulting projects and deliver initial work.
• Develop operating model, processes and delivery standards.
• Recruit and develop the first team once validated.
• Collaborate with the Founder & CEO to guide client work and strategy.
• Monitor progress and accelerate growth.
