Overview

We are a product-first team on a mission to grow cybersecurity culture. We aim to create engaging, effective cybersecurity practices for employees and simulate phishing in a safe environment to prepare teams.

Created in 2020, Riot has raised $45m and protects millions of employees in thousands of companies worldwide. Cybersecurity is increasingly critical, and we are driven to fix the culture gap across organizations.

Position: Strategic Projects Intern (Founders Associate) reporting to the Chief of Staff and working with the CEO and Executive Committee on strategic company projects. This is not a support internship and offers a broad view of key strategic topics across revenue and operations. You will move fast between building business cases, aligning stakeholders, and delivering results that shape Riot\'s trajectory.

Location and duration: This position is open for end-of-study interns based in Paris. 6-month internship, starting September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue & growth initiatives: identify expansion opportunities and create go-to-market plans for new growth streams (markets, segments); conduct market analyses, financial models, and business opportunity assessments that feed leadership decisions. Examples: launch Riot\'s Partner Program (ecosystem of referrers, resellers, strategic alliances) to open new segments and geographies, model economics, and build the activation playbook end-to-end; pricing adaptation for international markets or specific customer segments as we expand.
• Lead Strategic Initiatives from 0 to 1: for each project, define success metrics, build the 0 to 1 plan, and align stakeholders to bridge gaps. Examples: new market operational launches (legal structure, local partners, product localization); audit and redesign of critical internal processes with actionable recommendations, rollout, and measurement of impact.
• Support leadership: assist the CEO and Executive Committee on top business priorities; contribute to corporate governance, board packs, quarterly memos, and materials that keep investors, leadership, and the team aligned.

Qualifications

• Final-year student from a top business or engineering school (Bac+5 / Master) seeking an internship starting September 2026.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in financial modeling, market sizing, and business case development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experienced in cross-functional collaboration.
• Not required to be an expert in cybersecurity, but motivated by the mission.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate.
• Hands-on, driven, and willing to get things done; high standards and enthusiasm for work.
• Direct exposure to Founders and Executive Committee from day one; contribute to projects that shape Riot\'s trajectory.

• Experience working in a collaborative team environment in Paris (République / Canal Saint-Martin) and readiness for an on-site role with up to 2 days of remote work per month.
