This position could transition into a full-time role after the duration.

Alpic is the first all-in-one MCP cloud platform dedicated to AI‑native workflows. We’re building the foundation for the agent‑driven web.

Responsibilities

• Finance & accounting: fundraising support, KPI and investor reporting, cash flow projections, and day‑to‑day accounting.
• Business / revenue operations: drive internal process optimization with AI (CRM automation, KPI tracking), and help run a fast‑growing company day‑to‑day.
• People & legal: help shape hiring, onboarding, and retention processes, while maintaining solid legal and corporate foundations.
• Growth: build customer acquisition workflows, run messaging and product experiments, and organize events to grow the community around the Alpic platform.
• Market intelligence: track the MCP ecosystem and surface competitive signals.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree at a top‑tier business or engineering school.
• Can work independently and thrive in a very fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English, and excellent analytical skills.
• Quick learner capable of turning a vague vision into concrete action.

Desired Qualities

Duration: 5 months minimum, with possible shift to a full‑time contract afterwards.
