Qualifications

• Six months seated next to the CEO handling board, investors, M&A, hiring and strategy.
• Ability to read a P&L and build a model; prior VC, M&A or startup exposure is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial drive, willingness to become a founder yourself.
• Proficiency in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support CEO with investor relations, board prep, the dataroom and fundraising rounds.
• Run M&A processes: sourcing, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, closing.
• Lead strategy and operations, monthly reporting and senior-hire loops; help scale the CEO office.
