Job summary

Lemrock is seeking a Founder's Associate to work directly with the founders on cross-functional projects and to own initiatives from framing the problem to delivering results.

You will help structure internal processes, identify and qualify potential partners, translate client feedback into product priorities, assist fundraising, and drive automation using AI across reporting, research, and outreach.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and professional English required.
• Degree from a top business or engineering school.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• High level of ownership, autonomy and curiosity.
• Ability to move fast and operate in ambiguity.
• AI-forward mindset: you use AI tools in daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & ops: structure internal processes, track key metrics, and run cross-functional projects through to execution.
• Business development: identify and qualify potential partners, and lead outreach, meetings and deal execution.
• Product & feedback loop: gather insights from clients and users, and translate field feedback into product priorities.
• Fundraising & investor relations: build decks, market analysis and strategic materials, and manage ongoing investor interactions.
• Automate what can be automated: AI in reporting, research and outreach.
