Lemrock is building the infrastructure of agentic commerce, and this Founder's Associate Intern role gives you direct exposure to the founders on high-impact initiatives. You will help shape strategy, operations, partnerships, product priorities, and investor materials as the company scales.

Ideal candidates are top-tier students in business or engineering, fluent in French with professional English, and eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment with AI-driven products.

Qualifications

• Top-tier student in business or engineering.
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and attention to detail.

• Interest in startups, AI and product.
• Previous startup/VC/consulting/product experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Strategy & ops: support structuring internal processes, tracking key metrics, and cross-functional projects.
• Business development: identify potential partners and support outreach, meetings and deal execution.
• Product & feedback loop: gather client/user insights and translate into product priorities.
• Fundraising & investor relations: contribute to decks, market analysis and strategic materials, and support investor interactions.

Your mission

As a Founder's Associate Intern, you will work directly with the founders on high-impact topics across the company. You will be exposed to the full stack of building an early-stage startup and contribute to key initiatives:

• Strategy & ops: support structuring internal processes, tracking key metrics, and contribute to cross-functional projects and execution

• Business development: identify and qualify potential partners (retailers, platforms, integrators), and support outreach, meetings and deal execution

• Product & feedback loop: gather insights from clients and users, and help translate field feedback into product priorities

• Fundraising & investor relations: contribute to decks, market analysis and strategic materials, and support ongoing investor interactions

What we are looking for

• Top-tier student (business / engineering / dual background)

• Fluent in French, professional proficiency in English

• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking and attention to detail

• High level of ownership, autonomy and curiosity

• Strong interest in startups, AI and product

• Ability to move fast, learn fast and operate in ambiguity

• Previous experience (startup, VC, consulting, product...) is a plus
