Job summary

Bitstack is seeking a dynamic Founder's Associate to work directly with the CEO, owning cross‑functional projects spanning operations, product, fundraising, marketing, and strategy. This hands‑on, five‑layer role blends ownership with execution and offers close collaboration with founders and leadership.

The position is a 6‑month full‑time internship starting in September 2026, based in Paris with a flexible hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of VC/fintech startup experience.
• Strong execution mindset and can get things done.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
• Organized with proven project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO to drive cross‑functional initiatives.
• Prepare and manage recurring investor and board reports.
• Maintain and update the investor CRM with timely communication.
• Support coordination of board meetings, investor updates, and leadership offsites.
• Lead or support cross‑departmental projects to boost growth and operations.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations on performance tracking and budgeting.
• Build and optimize internal systems for OKR tracking.
• Provide data‑driven insights for decision‑making and strategy.
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams to drive growth and engagement.
• Manage project timelines and documentation for strategic priorities.
