Hexa invites you to join WTF Studio as a 6-month, hands-on internship. You will work directly with Louise and Raphaël on strategy, market validation, and exploring new ventures. You’ll help assemble teams, win initial customers, and act as a GTM SWAT for our live startups.

Based in Paris at the Hexa offices, you’ll learn from top entrepreneurs, gain exposure to multiple business models, and have a clear path toward a future full-time position within or beside our ventures.

Qualifications

• End-of-studies or Gap Year (Top Business or Engineering School).
• Experience in VC, Consulting, M&A, or early-stage startup.
• You are self-directed and take initiative.

Responsabilités

• Strategy & validation: deconstruct market opportunities, map the terrain, and interface with business leaders to turn ideas into scalable blueprints.
• Launching new ventures: assemble top teams and support them in finding first customers / design Partner.
• Portfolio Support: act as a GTM SWAT team for live startups, helping founders solve early-stage blocks (Sales, Ops, Product).
• GTM Execution: set up initial sales engines (Outbound campaigns, CRM, Lead scraping).
• Operational SWAT: fix processes, automate, and hand back improvements.
• Studio Ops: build playbooks and tools to launch startups faster.

You will join WTF Studio, a new studio vertical at Hexa led by Raphaël Vullierme, serial entrepreneur (who you might know from Luko), Partner at Hexa Start and Louise, Go-To-Market Lead.

How we work: We act as the “3rd Co-founder.” We find unique ideas, we recruit top-tier Founders to lead them, and we help them sprint from Day 0 to Series A.

This role fuses the strategic sophistication of venture capital - market analysis, thesis generation, and access to elite networks - with the hands-on thrill of the zero-to-one journey. You won’t just pick the winners; you’ll work alongside founders to build them.

The Mission

You will work directly with Louise and Raphaël on :

1. Strategy & validation: You’ll help us go from zero to conviction. You will deconstruct market opportunities, map the competitive terrain, and interface with business leaders to turn a simple spark into a scalable blueprint.
2. Launching new ventures: With the Studio team, you’ll assemble top teams and support them in finding the first customers / design Partner
3. Supporting our Portfolio: Act as a “GTM SWAT Team” for our live startups, helping their founders solve their most critical early-stage blocks (Sales, Ops, Product).

This is not a standard internship. It is a masterclass in entrepreneurship. You’ll get the opportunity to learn from top entrepreneurs and see what really moves the needle during the very first weeks of ambitious companies.

P.S. We view this internship as a launchpad. For exceptional performers, this role is designed as a potential fast-track to a full-time position within or one of our newly created ventures or the studio.

Your responsibilities

You will operate at the Studio Level, working on 2-3 companies at a time.

New Ventures

• Ideation & Validation: Conduct deep-dive market analysis to decide which ideas we should launch next (Market sizing, competitor mapping, customer interviews).
• Founder Scouting: Help us identify and hunt the future CEOs and CTOs of our next startups.
• Investment Committee: Help craft the narrative and build pitch decks to convince the Hexa partners to fund our new projects.

Portfolio Support

• GTM Execution: Work alongside our Founders to set up their initial sales engines (Outbound campaigns, CRM setup, Lead scraping).
• Operational SWAT: A Founder is drowning in admin or operations? You jump in, fix the process, automate it, and hand it back.
• Studio Ops: Help Louise build the “Studio Machine” - creating the playbooks and tools that allow us to launch startups faster and better.

Profil recherché

• Available for 6 months, starting ASAP.
• Education: End-of-studies or Gap Year (Top Business or Engineering School).
• Experience: You have at least one experience in VC, Consulting, M&A, or (ideally) at an early-stage startup.
• High Agency: You are self-directed. When faced with the unknown, you research, learn, and execute without needing a roadmap.
• Generalist “Killer”: You are comfortable discussing strategy with Raphaël in the morning and scraping emails for a Founder in the afternoon.
• Resilient: You thrive in chaos and ambiguity.
• Language: Native or bilingual proficiency in English. French is a plus, but not required.
• The “School of Entrepreneurship”: Learn daily from Raphaël Vullierme (ex-founder @ Luko). You will gain exposure to multiple business models and multiple founding teams at once.
• Network: Direct access to the Hexa Core Team and the founders of our 35+ portfolio companies.
• Green transportation: you’ll get compensation to pay for your green transportation to and from the office, whether you ride the metro, train, come by bike, electric scooter, or any other green modes of transportation to the office - as part of Swile’s mobility subscription
• Lunch: Swile Card (covered at 50%).
• Demotime: A quarterly offsite where all our startups pitch and demo their latest products.
• The HQ: Work from our legendary offices in the 10th arrondissement

Déroulement des entretiens

We move fast. The process takes <2 weeks.

1. Screening Call with Louise (20 min).
2. Builder Interview with Louise (GTM Lead) to test your logic and hustle (45 min).
3. Async Case Study & live restitution at our paris offices
4. Final Round with Raphaël to test your ambition and culture fit (30 min).
