Leadbay is seeking a junior/early-career sales engineer with a strong technical background and a passion for AI-enabled workflows. You will work directly with founders to land customers, listen to their real processes, and build agentic systems inside the MCP product that help teams scale.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, rapid learning, and direct customer impact, with a path toward becoming a YC-connected founder alongside the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Technically capable and socially skilled.
• Able to code in Python and discuss growth with executives.

Responsabilités

• Land small accounts in 30-minute calls and show them how to build what couldn't be done before.
• Land large accounts over days in their offices and build the workflow with them.
• Build everything inside our MCP product and MCP acquisition funnel.
• Use your MCP to become a living example of the most efficient sales rep in the world.
• 90-day plan building library of what works and expanding to bigger customers.
