We are seeking a technical trainer to deliver and develop theoretical training on Steam Turbines & Pumps for our employees and clients such as EDF. The trainer will work within the Cap’ Savoir training center, both in France and internationally, to:

• Lead existing training sessions on the description, operation, and maintenance of steam turbines, preparing and evaluating training activities.
• Contribute to the evolution of training programs based on feedback and experience.
• Assist in developing new training offerings to meet emerging client needs.
• Assess trainee progress onsite at client sites and communicate training insights to stakeholders.
• Possess a passion for technical topics and strong interpersonal skills, including listening, speaking, teamwork, and group facilitation.
• Demonstrate autonomy, curiosity, and creativity.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively, making complex ideas accessible.

Candidate Profile

Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience with steam turbines and a background in mechanics.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly.
• Team-oriented, autonomous, curious, and creative.
