Job Description:

Our client, a software publisher near Nantes, is seeking a Support and Trainer Specialist to strengthen their team. Reporting to the training department, which consists of four members, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Diagnosing, processing, monitoring, and resolving customer requests via phone, ticketing system, and remote maintenance.
  2. Training clients on the software through various formats (remote, on-site, in-house).
  3. Designing educational content and leading training sessions.
  4. Evaluating training effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.

You should have proven experience in customer support and training. Knowledge of communication tools, remote access software, and Windows environments is essential. Your adaptability, IT skills, customer focus, pedagogical approach, and curiosity will help you thrive in a small-sized organization. Travel may be required approximately one week per month during peak periods, including car, plane, or train travel.

Benefits include: 3 days of remote work per week, meal vouchers, and a travel allowance (€52 gross per day for distances over 100 km). The contract is 37 hours per week with 10 days of RTT.
