B&M France recherche un formateur itinérant pour intégrer et former ses employés dans ses magasins. Élaborant des contenus de formation, vous serez responsable de l'accueil, de la supervision et du suivi des stagiaires tout en veillant à la transmission des méthodes B&M. Un minimum de BAC+2 et 5 ans d'expérience en gestion dans le secteur de la vente sont requis. Des voyages fréquents à travers la France sont attendus, contribuant à la culture de l'entreprise axée sur l'excellence.

Our HR department is seeking a traveling trainer (H/F) to onboard and train our store employees.

Reporting to the Training Manager, you will oversee the acquisition of skills and know-how of our employees.

Your main missions include:

  • Designing and evolving our training materials (exercise sequences, role plays, etc.) in collaboration with operational teams.
  • Welcoming, supervising, facilitating, and monitoring groups of trainees in person and remotely (e-learning).
  • Providing onboarding training for new employees, including store managers, and assessing trainees' skills after training.
  • Ensuring and leading all initial and mandatory re-training sessions (CACES SST) and evaluating trainees for certification.
  • Training store managers, developing trainers, and ensuring their follow-up.
  • Monitoring training activities, reporting, and administrative follow-up (satisfaction surveys, feedback sheets, etc.).
  • Contributing to the development plan of skills in collaboration with the Training Manager.
  • Being familiar with the discount sector, you will ensure the transmission of B&M processes and methods through your on-site presence.
  • You will be trained to carry out your missions, including mandatory training (CACES SST, etc.).
  • Your missions will be conducted across our stores nationwide, with travel expected throughout France.

Your key skills include:

  • Mastery of group facilitation and training methods.
  • Excellent knowledge of retail.
  • Proactive and challenge-oriented, with team leadership experience.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital tools, especially Teams.
  • You are committed to maintaining confidentiality of information.
  • Your rigor and high standards will be assets to successfully complete your mission.

Minimum education of BAC+2, preferably in Commerce or Management, with at least 5 years of managerial experience in retail or specialized stores.

  • Position: Executive, 213 days per year.

Work environment:

  • Travel required across France.
