We are currently looking for a Trainer (M/F). In this role, you will support the implementation, deployment, and monitoring of internal training for staff at the blade and nacelle factory in Le Havre.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Facilitating onboarding modules: HSE, blades, nacelles
2. Assessing employees to enable them to operate forklifts (OJT)
3. Developing training content, especially for HSE (e.g., manual tools)
4. Implementing Lead Safe training sessions
5. Conducting "Trainer of Trainer" training
6. Working on technical content
