This job opportunity is for the Diabetes division of Medtronic. Medtronic plans to separate its Diabetes division to foster future growth and innovation, reallocating investments and resources across the company, subject to applicable consultation and information requirements. This separation aims to unlock the division's potential, allowing for faster, more agile operations. As a separate entity, it is expected to benefit from increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and improve patient care.
As a trainer for the Diabetes division, you will be responsible for training hospital teams and home healthcare providers on the use of diabetes products, working closely with the sales and marketing teams. Your expertise in insulin pump therapy and continuous glucose monitoring will make you a key resource to optimize product use and improve patient outcomes.
You will be responsible for delivering initial and ongoing training to partners, developing educational materials, and adapting your approach to meet client needs. Your role will include on-field support for clients mainly across the central-west, central, and southeastern France, as well as the Caribbean (two to three trips per year). Ideally, you will be based in Clermont-Ferrand, Tours, Limoges, Orléans, or Saint-Étienne to effectively cover the sector.
