This exciting opportunity is within the Diabetes division of Medtronic. The company plans to spin off this division to foster future growth and innovation, reallocating investments and resources accordingly. This separation aims to enable the team to operate more swiftly and agilely, leveraging increased investments to drive significant innovation and improve patient care.
As a trainer for the Diabetes division, you will be responsible for training hospital teams and home healthcare providers on the use of diabetes products, closely collaborating with the sales and marketing teams. Your expertise in pump insulin therapy and continuous glucose monitoring will be key to ensuring optimal product use and improving patient outcomes.
Your responsibilities include providing initial and ongoing training to partners, developing educational materials, and adapting your approach to client needs. You will also accompany clients in the field across mainly the central-west, central, and southeastern regions of France, as well as the Caribbean, with two to three trips per year. Ideally, you will be based in Clermont-Ferrand, Tours, Limoges, Orléans, or Saint-Étienne to effectively cover your sector.
