Le candidat sera responsable de la formation des équipes hospitalières et des fournisseurs de soins à domicile sur l'utilisation des produits diabétiques. Ce poste exige des compétences en ingénierie biomédicale, ainsi qu'une expérience en formation dans un environnement médical. Des déplacements réguliers seront nécessaires, renforçant l'importance de l'autonomie et des compétences en communication.

Qualifications

  • Formation en ingénierie biomédicale ou domaine scientifique requis.
  • Expérience pertinente dans le domaine médical, en formation ou ingénierie d'application souhaitée.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais opérationnel nécessaire.

  • Organiser et diriger des sessions de formation en personne ou en ligne.
  • Créer et livrer un contenu de formation innovant.
  • Soutenir les clients sur site principalement dans le centre et l'est de la France.

A Day in the Life

This job opportunity is for the Diabetes division of Medtronic. Medtronic plans to spin off its Diabetes division to foster future growth and innovation, reallocating investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable informational and consultation requirements. This separation aims to enable the team to operate more swiftly and agilely, leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance patient care.

As a trainer for the Diabetes division, you will be responsible for training hospital teams and home healthcare providers on the use of diabetes products, working closely with the sales and marketing teams. Your expertise in insulin pump therapy and continuous glucose monitoring will make you a key resource to ensure optimal use of our products, improving patient balance.

You will be responsible for initial and ongoing training of our partners, developing educational materials, and tailoring your actions to client needs. Your role will include on-site client support primarily in the central-west, central, and southeastern regions of France, as well as the Caribbean, with two to three trips per year. Ideally, you will be based in Clermont-Ferrand, Tours, Limoges, Orléans, or Saint-Étienne to effectively cover the sector.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Organizing, leading, or co-leading training sessions in person or via webinars
  • Creating and delivering impactful, innovative training content
  • Transforming training content to keep pace with technological advancements
  • Adapting training messages to technological innovations in collaboration with European regional teams
  • Reporting weekly activities to management and field colleagues, and planning upcoming tasks and objectives
  • Participating in event organization related to training, such as symposiums

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Educational background in Biomedical Engineering, Scientific fields (from Bac+3), Paramedical, or Digital fields
  • Relevant experience in the medical field (medical devices, instrumentation), with a strong understanding of hospital environments, ideally in training, application engineering, or sales, with knowledge of diabetes care
  • Operational proficiency in English
  • Proven quick learning, technical understanding, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, pedagogical ability, customer service orientation, rigor, organization, autonomy, teamwork spirit, and ability to manage emergencies
  • Travel required; valid driver's license is mandatory
  • This is a full-time permanent position available immediately.
